We attended as a team the JPrime Conference 2023, a highly anticipated conference of Java enthusiasts, with talks on Java, various languages on the JVM, mobile, web, and best practices that took place in Sofia, Bulgaria the 30th and 31st of May, leaving participants thrilled and inspired. We want to express a heartfelt appreciation to the organizers, the Bulgarian Java User Group for their meticulous planning, remarkable execution, and the unforgettable experience they delivered to all attendees.
Workshops and Talks:
There were plenty of talks and workshops throughout the 2 days of the conference from speakers recognized from the global java community such as Venkat Subramaniam and Heinz Kabutz. The speakers demonstrated deep insights into Java, the JVM, and related technologies, The conference featured a diverse range of topics, including advanced Java concepts, cutting-edge frameworks, cloud-native development, microservices architecture, machine learning integration, and much more. Each session was thoroughly researched, offering practical insights and best practices that have immense value for both seasoned professionals and newcomers to the Java ecosystem. Personally, I enjoyed most the talks related to event-driven programming, the upcoming Java Virtual Threads, and data-oriented programming. The event fostered a vibrant atmosphere, in a great venue inside Sofia Tech Park where the opportunities for networking and exchanging ideas were truly invaluable, helping attendees establish connections that will undoubtedly enhance their professional growth.
